Acquire App is a Private Shopify Application.
The application enables you to sync your store data such as product description, inventory, product visuals, pricing so the Acquire App checkout landing pages always stay true to your Shopify settings. To get started you will need:

1. Create the Private Application in Shopify

3. Set up Storefront API
Go back to the last screen and select Configure Storefront API Scopes. Then check off all the boxes & enable all the permission except the content API under Storefront API access scopes
a) Click Configure Storefront API scopes

b) Check off all the permission.

4. Return the Shopify Admin API Token
Step | Action |
1 | Once all permissions are granted, on the top right hand corner click "INSTALL APP." This will install our app and generate the API access token. |
2 | Under the API Credential section, a new set of information appears. Copy the Admin API access token which has been created specifically for the Acquire App (click reveal). Copy and paste it in step 3 ![]() |
3 | Under your Merchant Account, navigate to Settings, Integration and click on "Connect my E-Commerce Platform". Follow the prompt and paste the Shopify Password in the dedicated field. The connection will be completed and the Acquire App will return a URL for refund webhook. Copy the URL and go back to your Shopify setting. |
5. Set up Refund Webhook
